Diagnosing a problem is usually quick and only takes a few minutes. Repairing a problem can take anything from a few minutes to a few hours. This is why we offer our initial diagnosis for free.

In many cases the problem can be solved on the phone or with a remote login. This in turn reduces your costs. If it's needed and if you decide that you need an ongoing solution then our managed support option would be ideal for you as this provides ongoing support at a fraction of what it would cost to employ an IT manager.

in order to have a dedicated IT manager a company would need in excess of 50 computers in their business to keep this person occupied and to also become cost effective against outsourcing the solution.
