What is Managed Support...?

In essence Managed Support is where you pay a professional a nominal fee to manage and support your computers. This is ideally suited to small businesses who while they can't afford the overhead of a dedicated in house technician recognise that they need support for their critical business systems.

Case Study...

This is taken from a real life example of a UK based client...

John needs to start using a server based system for his business and has just 10 computers. Now, if he employs an IT Manager it would cost at least £30,000 per year, maybe even more.

We were contacted and advised on costs of assets (server, software required etc.) which would all have had to be purchased anyway. We advised on our costs for providing a managed support program over 12 months (around 10% of the cost of employing somone) and we started the project.

Almost 4 years later that server and its network are still working perfectly. Cost to the client annually...? Around £3,500. Much cheaper than hiring an IT Manager...!
